Angelo Que stays on at Sail Open

Filipino Pro golfer Angelo Que carded a second round two-under-par 70 on Thursday to stay in the hunt in the $400,000 Sail Open at the Jaypee Greens in Noida, India.

The 30-year-old Que, who had a first round 68, goes into the third round today trailing clubhouse leaders Jyoti Randhawa of India and Tony Carolan of Australia by just three strokes. He is tied with eight others at sixt spot.

Randhawa scored a 68 to join Carolan, who had a 69, on similar 135s. Que started his round with a birdie-bogey-birdie on holes No. 4, 6 and 9 to come out at one under.        

And after bogeying the 10th hole for the second straight day, Que came through with three more birdies on the 11th, 14th, and 15th against another bogey on the 12th for the 70.

Two other Filipinos were yet to finish their second round and were struggling to make the cut, tentatively set at one over 145
