New Zealand’s Mark Brown refused to let go of his top seat as he fired a 14-under-par 69 Saturday to take the lead after the fourth round at the Asian Tour’s Sail Open at the Jaypee Greens in Noida, India.

Brown produced a superb aggregate of 14-under-par 274 in blustery conditions to grab the sole fourth round lead, four strokes ahead of Australian Scott Hend, Malaysian Danny Chia,  India’s Jyoti Randhawa, and South Korea’s  NOH Seung-yul, who shares the second place with 10-under 278.

Welsh golfer Rhys Davies, the former British boys amateur champion in 2003, turned professional only in late 2007 dropped to  14th place with 5-under 283 after securing a second place at 10-under 206 on third round Friday.
